Reprints of the Lamborghini Miura Bible by Joe Sackey are now available. First published by Veloce in November 2008, the book's entire first print run was sold out in less than four months. The book contains more than 400 photographs and illustrations of the Lamborghini Miura, which was named after a Spanish ranch famed for its ferocious bulls. The car, which was first unveiled in the mid-sixties, has since then kept the public in awe of its flamboyance and engineering. The Miura has had no authoritative publication about it for more than 25 years. The book, a definitive guide to the iconic car, is the result of 20 years of research. The author Joe Sackey, the owner of 5 Miuras, certainly is the world's leading authority on the Miura. He calls it "the most beautiful sports car of the postwar era." The book captures everything an enthusiast would want to get his hands on, from a specially commissioned studio shoot capturing the historic homologation prototype USA Miura SV, to production statistics, specification information, paint charts, and much more.
