Land Rover raises the standard for the Discovery 4 by offering new optional features for the 2013 model such as the Extended Leather Pack based on the HSE Luxury Limited Edition, and unique Black Design Packs, which have 19" or 20" all-black painted wheels and a series of black trim finishers and design details like gloss black grille and fender vents. Discovery 4 is already world-famous as the ultimate all-purpose vehicle. In addition, customers can now choose from among five additional body colors as well as two new interior colours and trim improvements, giving customers more chances to customize their vehicle. Upgrades were given to the infotainment system to offer the latest generation DAB radio and a new digital TV tuner.
Meanwhile, the navigation system is now offered with premium features like Off-Road guidance and 4x4i. The Discovery 4 is still powered by the exceptional 256PS 3.0-litre LR-SDV6 and entry level 211PS 3.0-litre LR-TDV6 diesels with the ZF 8HP70 8-speed automatic transmission. These offer CO2 emissions of only 230g/km and 224g/km, respectively in EU5 markets.
Meanwhile, the 375PS 5.0-litre LR-V8 naturally aspirated petrol engine is equipped with the ultra-refined ZF 6HP28 6-speed automatic transmission. The Discovery 4 gets a stunning modern appearance with its distinct new Black Design Packs that sets off the car’s metallic paint finishes. It is offered with either 19" 7-Split Spoke or 20" 5-Spoke all-black painted wheels. The optional Black Design Packs consist of gloss black grille & fender vents; gloss black door handles & mirror caps; gloss black LAND ROVER & DISCOVERY 4 badging; and satin black extended roof rails.
