These are the latest leaked images of the production version of the Citroen C-Cactus expected to go on sale in 2012. While the quality should have been better, at least it provides us an idea of how the exterior design of the future production diesel hybrid appears. Powering the Citroen C-Cactus is the 1.4 HDi diesel engine partnered with an electric motor. Citroen is also reportedly looking into the possibility of an electric only Citroen C-Cactus. The production version will be a five-door hatchback, which bears similar dimensions as the Dacia Sandero, its most likely rival.
