Lexus is again the most satisfying brand according to survey

For nine consecutive years the Japanese brand Lexus has received the honor of being the most satisfying brand this year according to What Car? and JD Power UK Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study. The brand also got first place in the individual car category with its RX and the Prius came in second place. The first placer got high scored in quality and reliability together with dealership servicing. Although SUV sales may not be that good, it is obvious that users of the Lexus RX SUV will be more than willing to recommend their car to other people. Both the Lexus and Prius, which got first and second place, respectively, show that hybrid, eco-friendly cars are largely satisfying to customers. The top five vehicles for service satisfaction and vehicle appeal are, for first place Lexus, followed by Honda, Mercedes-Benz for third, Skoda for fourth and Toyota for last place.
