The Lexus LFA Nurburgring Edition will make its U.S. debut at the 2012 SEMA Show. Last year, the special edition LFA model has recorded a 7:14 lap time at the Nurburgring track, known by many as the Green Hell, due to its 4.8-liter V10 engine, which was modified to get an output of 562 hp. The Nurburgring Edition LFA is based on an already impressive model but it gets even better with upgrades to its suspension and aerodynamics. This car is very rare. In fact, just 50 of the 500 LFAs assembled were Nurburgring Edition models. The LFA has a price tag of $445,000. Its tweaks and modifications gave it a $70,000 premium. But aside from the car, customers would also receive training sessions at the Nurburgring, a one-night stay at the Lindner Congress and Motorsport Hotel Nurburgring, free admission to an onsite amusement park, a Nurburgring jacket, and a one-year pass to the Nurburgring track.
