Martin Winterkorn is the new Porsche CEO

Effective September 15, Dr. Martin Winterkorn will serve as CEO and Hans Dieter Patsch will be CFO of Porsche Automobil Holding SE. The supervisory board appointed the two in its most recent meeting. They will exercise these tasks in addition to their functions as members of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG. Winterkorn has been the CEO of Volkswagen AG since 2003 while Patsch is the current CFO of the automotive group in Wolfsburg. To represent the Porsche brand, the CEO of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Michael Macht, who is also a member of the Board of Management of Porsche SE, has been appointed into the top management of Volkswagen AG. Thomas Edig, deputy chairman of Porsche AG, will also become a member of Porsche SE's Board of Management with responsibility for administration.
