Maserati fans in Europe will no doubt be excited with the company's decision to prepare a downsizing offer for them. And before you jump to conclusions, we're not talking about an eco engine. Rather, Maserati has chosen the Alfa Romeo Mito to be its European service network courtesy car. The Italian group has produced a limited edition of 100 Mitos especially for this purpose. The bespoke Mitos are available in the Maserati Ocean Blue color.
These cars feature a rear spoiler and a sporty rear bumper. The Mitos are equipped with the most powerful engine currently available -- the turbocharged petrol 1.4 liter Multiair petrol unit which develops 170 hp.
A Limited Edition plate is stuck on the car's air conditioning vents and the aluminum kick plates for all 100 units have the words Alfa Romeo for Maserati. For better car handling, a Dynamic electronic auto adaptive suspension is attached. The car boasts a set of 18 inch alloy wheels. The elitist fleet has the following optional equipment: aluminum pedals, Frau leather seats, dual zone climate control, multifunctional leather trimmed steering wheel, a Navigation system which covers the entire Europe, bi-xenon headlights and bluetooth & USB connectivity for the audio system.
