According to the latest reports from AutoExpress, Mazda is currently working on a downsized version of the MX-5 dubbed the MX-2. It appears that the upcoming vehicle, which will carry a small petrol engine ranging from 0.7 to 1.6-litres, will be a serious competitor for the Mini Speedster and Nissan Urge. The official debut is expected in 2012!
