McLaren MP4-12C Spider will be produced

Of course this is not a surprise, but we found out today that McLaren is planning a permission application for the new MP4-12C assemble facility and the factory plan is showing a shopfloor area given over to a ‘Webasto RHT Sub Assembly’ area. The RHT is translated with retractable hard-top and this means that the British manufacturer will develop a convertible version of the MP4-12C. Of course, McLaren denied but we know the car will be produced!
