Further cementing their position at the top as excellent Mercedes-Benz tuners are the engineers at Kicherer who have recently chosen to employ their expertise on the C63 AMG. Kicherer had the sports-minded driver when it created the Supersport Performance Paket, which guarantees the pleasure of sports driving with the highest level of comfort. Kicherer worked on the looks as well as its aerodynamics. As can be expected with, Kicherer wasn"t stingy with the carbon fiber.
The C63 AMG was installed with a carbon grill at the front as well as a front skirt with integrated carbon flaps and LED daylight driving lights. From the side, easily recognizable are the expanded rear wings of handmade metal, the carbon mirror covers as well as the new sideskirt with integrated carbon tubes. The rear was given a diffuser also made of carbon. Under the bonnet, there's now a few more hp than in the standard version due to improved engine electronics.
The C63 AMG powerhouse can provide around 550 hp and a maximum torque of 630 Nm. They removed the pointless Vmax-block as a "matter of honor." Even the engine received a cover with carbon fiber inlays. To improve its performance on asphalt, the tuner installed a high performance limited slip differential with adjustable hardness and a variable barrier effect as well as a high performance adjustable coil over.
Under the wheel arches revolve 20-inch large RS-1 forged wheels with 245 tires at the front and 275 tires at the rear. Of course, when the car has over 550 hp, a means of deceleration is required. Kicherer resorted to a Brembo braking system including flexible steel cables. For the interior of the C63 AMG, the Mercedes specialist offers an ergonomic sports steering wheel in leather and carbon along with a footmat set with real leather trim.
