Mercedes-Benz F125 Concept

Although Mercedes-Benz wanted to be a surprise, it appears that someone ruined firm’s plans and decided to reveal the first photos with the brand new F125 Concept. As expected, Mercedes-Benz will unveil this new concept car at this week’s Frankfurt Motor Show and according to our sources the vehicle marks company’s 125th anniversary. Just like the rival Audi e-Tron, the Mercedes-Benz F125 is powered by four electric motors delivering 231 hp and capable to

push the car from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.9 seconds and to a top speed of 220 km/h or 136 mph. What is more interesting is that the motors get their energy from a hydrogen fuel cell stack and according to the manufacturer the total range of the car is 620 miles or 1,000 kilometers.

Using an onboard battery, the car can travel up to 31 miles or almost 50 kilometers, according to OmniAuto. Regarding the design, the car might actually preview future cars from Mercedes-Benz but don’t forget that the car is still a concept and this means that the engineers can dream and dream… and dream….
