As you may know already, Infiniti showed the Essence Concept at this year’s Geneva Motor Show and everybody was amazed by the design of the vehicle. In order to clear some things regarding the new vehicle Infiniti revealed the fact that the concept is only a study and this was never intended to go into production.

Regarding the production version of the vehicle, it appears that the upcoming vehicle will be a hybrid, featuring a twin turbo 3.7-liter V6 engine capable to deliver 440 hp but also an electric motor delivering an impressive 160 hp. More details to be revealed! Photo gallery after the jump!
