Honda reveals technical details of the new CRF250L motorcycle

Article by Christian Andrei, on April 20, 2012

The complete technical details about Honda’s new CRF250L have finally been revealed. This multi-role motorcycle is the product of Honda’s extensive history and expertise in off-road competition as well as dual purpose machinery. This motorcycle can be driven through a broad range of terrains and riding conditions and can function just as well in the city streets and in the country trails due to its dimensions, ergonomics, low weight, long-travel 43mm Showa USD forks and Pro-link rear suspension.

Powering the CRF250L is a single-cylinder engine that offers amazing power and torque through a wide rev range, with outstanding fuel economy. Its styling is crisp and is influenced by the iconic CRF competition range and the new machine, which when developed from a global viewpoint, provides both outstanding value for money and Honda’s famous build quality.

UK fans can expect the CRF250L to arrive in the late summer of 2012. If you want the complete information, technical specifications, and additional images, you can go online to the Honda Newsroom or to Honda's virtual press office
