Suzuki GB will start selling its special edition GSX1300RZ Hayabusa motorcycle in dealerships in the United Kingdom this month. Suzuki also announced the details of the factory-built, special edition GSX-R750 this month. The GSX1300RZ Hayabusa boasts of a new special red and black two-tone paint scheme and seat, complemented by gold anodized fork caps, adjusters, steering stem nut and chain adjusters.
The motorcycle’s look is further accentuated and distinguished by Black Brembo calipers with red lettering. The special edition version of the iconic GSX-R750 features similar styling cues as the special Hayabusa, as it brags of a special red and black livery and red seat and silver Brembo monobloc calipers with red lettering.
It also features dark gold, anodized steering stem nut, chain adjusters and front forks, with red anodized fork caps and adjusters. George Cheeseman of Suzuki GB that following positive reception and customer interest on the special edition Hayabusa at Motorcycle Live in 2013, the company is announcing the of the motorcycle as well as the details of the GSX-R750.
He said that both special editions motorcycles offer something different over the standard version, adding that since they will be available in limited numbers, they give riders a chance to “own something special and unique."
The GSX-R750Z could be availed for £9,899, which is the same RRP as the standard model. The GSX1300RZ Hayabusa could be availed at an RRP of £14,499. They are also part of Suzuki's Me Me Me campaign that is extended until the end of this month. [source: Suzuki]
