There have been many speculations about the new generation Dodge Viper ever since it disappeared one model year ago. Understandably, this new generation gets plenty of attention. It has recently reclaimed the Nurburgring mainstream supercar laptime record. What has been revealed officially is that the 2013 Viper will arrive at the New York Auto Show next April, according to an article from Viper magazine as quoted from Chrysler SRT Brand President and CEO Ralph Gilles. It was previously reported that the next-gen Viper will come with an upgraded 8.7-liter V10 engine. Many share the opinion that with the strong link between Chrysler and Fiat, the Viper would likely have an Italian influence.
