New Jaguar XJ will be a Mercedes CLS competitor

It was established by officials of the makers of Jaguar that it will introduce a new saloon later this year that was developed specifically as a four-door coupe in the path of the Porsche Panamera, Maserati Quattroporte, Aston Martin Rapide and Mercedes-Benz CLS instead of the traditional saloons. Although details are still forthcoming, this saloon is set to replace the present XJ but it will be an entirely different vehicle with design in close association to the XF and current XK versions.
