Nissan GT-R V-Spec: new details and anticipated prices

Nissan Gt-R V-SpecWeb communities are animated with the buzz that the Nissan GT-R V-Spec’s pricing has already been set and the first of high-performance, limited-production special vehicles will reach Japanese markets in February 2009.

The anticipated price is 15 million yen, or about $178,100 (€139,500), when you add in tax and shipping costs, which is over the early forecasts. The standard starts at $78,530 (€61,500), which means two important things: 1) It is quite a bargain and b) the Spec-V will need to be extremely competent to surpass it. The Nissan GT-R Spec-V will almost guaranteed to be present at Fuji Speedway for the 12th annual Nismo Festival at the end of November.
