A gray 2005 Chrysler 300C is being offered on eBay with a starting bid of $1 million, as reported by Automotive News. What makes this car so special is that it was once leased by 44th U.S. President Barack Obama who put 19,000 miles on the car. The seller, who has the car's original Illinois title, said that the U.S. president drove this car in 2004 when he was the Illinois state senator. Since then, the car has only racked up 1,800 more miles. Obama had since then traded in this V-8 car for a more economical Ford Escape hybrid. While it would be a thrill to any collector to have this car, the $1,000,000 starting bid is quite preposterous. The seller justifies its price by citing that an old Peugeot formerly owned by Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had sold for $1.5 million and a 1975 Ford Escort that used to be owned by previous Pope, John Paul II sold for $690,000. If you’re curious what Obama rides in now, it’s "The Beast", a heavily armored 2009 Cadillac limousine.
