This is the brand new 2010 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG! As you may know already, the new car will make its official debut at this year’s International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt and revives the legendary 300SL Gullwing! For those who don’t know, the car comes with a 6.3-litre V8 front-mid engine developing 420 kW/ 571 hp and 650 Nm of torque, has a weight of just 1620 kilograms and the ideal front/rear weight distribution of 47 to 53 percent. The Gullwing can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and has a top speed of 317 km/h (electronically limited) while the fuel consumption of 13.2 litres per 100 kilometres (combined) puts show that this car is not so thirsty as we thought.
