2010 Volvo C30 R-Design

Volvo has launched an updated version of its C30 R-Design. Equipped with a new sports chassis, the new package will give the 2010 C30 Facelift a dynamic driving experience to match its sporty appearance. To lower the center of gravity, ride height has been lowered by 10 millimeters. Volvo added stiffer bushes and has lowered the steering ratio, resulting to 10% faster response to steering wheel input. Spring stiffness has been increased by 30% and its roll stabilizers are also stiffer to reduce body roll when cornering. The new chassis was developed by Volvo in Sweden, Germany and in the UK. Exterior changes over the base model consist of new badges, new grille and mirror housings, a body kit with front and rear spoilers, a new chrome tailpipe and 17-inch alloys. Interior changes include leather seats, leather and aluminum gear knob, a leather steering wheel, aluminum pedals, R-Design badges and new sports floor mats.
