Beijing Automotive Industry Holdings (BAIC) has officially placed a bid for Volvo, according to a Chinese magazine. According to our sources, the Chinese manufacturer is currently interested in Volvo and Opel, although only one of these two will be bought. Regarding Opel bid, GM preferred bidder is still Magna, so we have to admit that BAIC has small chances in buying Opel!
