Official: Qatar Investment Authority confirms Porsche bid

Qatar has officially made an offer to buy a stake in Porsche, said a spokesman of the German manufacturer. It appears that Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) is currently thinking of an investment in Porsche SE and the purchase of options in Volkswagen. The bad news is that Qatar wants to wait for any merger between Porsche and Vw to go ahead, so we don't know exactly when will we see the conclusion of this deal.
