Over 50 orders taken for the 2010 Jaguar XJ

Jaguar is struggling with the rough economical situation but they seem to be lucky this period, as the recent launch of the new 2010 XJ luxury saloon with innovative styling is already scoring success. After just one week since the official launch, the company received over 50 orders only from the UK. The production will start this autumn and the first pieces will probably be delivered in early 2010.

All the pieces revealed during the official launch in London were sold and there were lots of order registered even though the clients didn't get to see it in "flash and blood." "Some of the orders were from people at the Saatchi Gallery launch but others came from people who had just seen pics on the internet. This rate of orders is the same as the XF and we are very pleased," a Jaguar spokesman declared. [via autocar]
