The ultimate luxury off-roader, a collaboration between Range Rover specialist Overfinch and sporting gun maker Holland & Holland, will be unveiled at the Holland & Holland shooting grounds on September 23. Only 100 units of the car aptly named, The Holland & Holland Range Rover by Overfinch, will be made. The special-edition model will be based on either the 2010 503bhp supercharged model or TDV8 Range Rover Autobiography. According to a statement the duo released, designers and engineers at the two companies have joined to create a car that embodies Holland & Holland's unique sporting heritage and Overfinch's bespoke craftsmanship. The result being a quintessentially English take on luxury. Daryl Greatrex, managing director of Holland & Holland, revealed that the last Holland & Holland Range Rover made was a decade ago and that to work with Overfinch was timely. No details on the car itself, or a price tag, have been announced at this stage.
