2013 Renault Clio Estate is one of company’s major reveals on its stand at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. As expected, the new Clio 4 Estate features the same front end design as the hatchback but the rear end is completely new.
Set to hit the showrooms in the first quarter of 2013, the new Clio Estate features the same wheelbase as the hatchback although its dimensions increased: the rear overhang has been extended by 201 mm to 823 mm and the car has now an overall length of 4,262 mm.
Just like on the hatchback, the rear door handles are concealed. The rear flowing lines are accentuated by the integration of the B and C pillars which are flush with the surface of the glass, while the roof appears to float to emphasise the design’s overall elegance.
New Clio 4 Estate can be equipped with the new three-cylinder petrol turbo engine delivering 90 hp and 135 Nm of torque.
This engine ensures the driving enjoyment of a naturally aspirated 1.4-liter engine. A dCi 90 1.5-liter diesel engine is also available delivering 90 hp and 220 Nm of torque. Featuring Stop&Start, the 90hp 1.5 dCi with fixed geometry turbo has been transformed through the incorporation of the technological DNA from the Renault Energy dCi 110 engine.
Customization now comes easy to an authentic sports tourer with the New Renault Clio Estate. It is accessible in the highest-grossing model versions.
The customization offer consists of three unique finishes: Elegant, Trendy, and Sport. It also has a graphic theme, a variety of patterns of external shades, and one prevailing color for the style and wheels. Customization was made into the new model right from the drawing board, improving the vehicle's robust personality with areas devoted to the personalized features that were set aside as a portion of the car's design process. The personalization of mid-range versions is possible too. The customization is intended for an appealing and modular offer. The factory installation of the custom-made features assures unrivaled quality.
For the exterior
The model’s personalization is available for door mirror housings in gloss black lacquer, side and rear hatch protective moldings (black, blue, chrome, red or ivory), side protective moldings and rear bumper apron, five shades for the trim on the grille, four colors for the 17" diamond-effect wheels (black, blue, ivory and red), plus Black and ivory for the 16" diamond-effect wheels.
For the interior
