According to our friends from 0-60 magazine, it appears that Lamborghini is set to unveil two new cars that this year’s Paris Motor Show (one is already teased).
Lamborghini already invited several dealers to Sant’Agata next Thursday for a private presentation of its two new vehicles dubbed “LB715-5″ and “83X”.
The “LB715-5″ refers to the new Murcielago successor powered by a V12 engine, known as Jota (715 may be the powered delivered by the new engine, but nothing is for sure).
Regarding the other car, dubbed “83X”, our sources say that this could be a replacement for the current Gallardo, but a production version of the Estoque Concept a.k.a. the Lambo sedan is not ruled out.
Furthermore, our sources do not exclude a possible GT car, designed to take on cars such as the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano.
Honestly to tell you, we think that the new car might be indeed a concept version of the upcoming Gallardon successor. For those who don’t know, the Lamborghini Gallardo is seven years old and the Italian manufacturer needs a new car in this segment.
Since the introduction of the Gallardo, Ferrari introduced three new models in this segment: the 360 Modena, F430 and the latest 458 Italia. [via 0-60Mag]
