A Peugeot 208 GTi limited edition will be available in the UK for only £20,495. Only 29 examples will be built, standing for the number of years since the original 205 GTi was launched in the UK in 1984. Peugeot has also recently announced its plans for the 208 GTi for 2013. The limited edition vehicles will offer improved specification. Throughout the world, only 54 vehicles will be sold so it could be safe to say that there will be very high demand for these units. The cars will have their individual numbers, making them highly exclusive. They’re specified to a high standard with Satellite Navigation. It also marks the first time for Digital Radio (DAB) to be fitted on a Peugeot. All the cars can be distinguished by a Union Jack flag on the lower grille, which highlights the importance of the GTi badge to the UK. This top of the range GTi model will be numbered from 01 to 29. They will use exclusive satin pearlescent white paint and 17” ‘Carbon’ Onyx Black Alloys.
