Porsche 911 (997) by Mansory

The Bavarian-based turning specialist Mansory demonstrates it technical capabilities for all kinds of cars whether it is a Bentley, Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Ferrari or Porsche. Mansory Swtizerland AG, the in-house tuner for Prosche automobiles offer a wide-ranging tuning program for the 911 model derived from the recently resurrected Porsche Type 997 series at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show.

The program focuses mainly on enhancements to the aerodynamics of the vehicle, its engine performance and handling. Mansory Engineers placed much importance on individual design, but also on aerodynamic efficiency. To reduce weight and ensure highest quality standards, body components and parts are produced from PU-RIM. The main part of the body package is a lift-lowering front mount in an actively athletic appearance.

On the front face and in relation to the hood, the front apron provides numerous design possibilities and perfectly forms interdependence with the serial hood through a seamless junction provided by a specifically designed inlay. Furthermore, the apron can be combined with the Mansory carbon engine cover whose attractive side beads exhibit individuality and emphasize the sportive nature of the revision. Equally impressive is the rear apron which houses the new four-pipe exhaust system and thus provides a harmonic finish at the rear. The visual appearance of the aerodynamic package is rounded off by side skirts that come with multiple functions.
