2011 Porsche Carrera GTS Coupe

Porsche announced today that it present a world premiere at the 2010 Los Angeles Show, next week on November 17. And you know what this means, right? The Porsche Cayman CS (ClubSport) will be unveiled! According to previous reports, the new car will receive the same treatment given to the Boxster Spyder, which means we will see lighter weight components, new fabric door pull as well as a new set of wheels inspired by the ones found on the Porsche GT2 RS. Under the hood, we will find a 3.4-liter engine delivering 333 hp and a new sport PASM suspension which will lower the car by 20 mm.

Sources also confirmed the fact that the car will offer an optional ‘Track Pack’, which will consist of a partial roll cage, harness and fittings, as well as a fire extinguisher. Regarding the performances, expect a sprint from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.6 seconds, as well as a price around $66,000. The 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show will also bring two US premieres: the 911 GTS and the 911 Speedster.

The new 911 Carrera GTS delivers an impressive 408 hp and comes with a 44 millimetre wider Carrera 4 body of the AWD models including wider track with a classic rear-wheel drive (you can read the full specs of the car here). Furthermore, Porsche will also bring the 911 Speedster, featuring the same a 408 hp six-cylinder engine and as a standard the Porsche-Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) – you can read all the details about this car here.
