Porsche builds Cayman S to celebrate 2 million Facebook friends

Porsche is celebrating its milestone of reaching 2 million friends in Facebook by dedicating a car to all of them. Porsche digitally added each picture of Porsche’s Facebook friends to the Cayman S, on top of a coat of white paint. The pictures are tinted in red, giving the Cayman S a candy-coated look. Porsche painted the car’s front-plate area with "100% Porsche, 100% you."
The Cayman S will be on display at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, until January 27. During Porsche’s celebration, its fans were asked to vote for their favorite historic racing livery.
The Porsche 917 K donning the red and white Salzburg colors got the most votes. The Porsche 917 K was known for claiming Porsche's first overall victory at Le Mans with Richard Atwood and Hans Herrmann at the helm.
