Porsche Museum sees its 500,000th visitor

After only being open for 11 months, the Museum of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG has already welcomed its 500,000th visitor. Achim Stejskal, head of the Porsche Museum which is located in Stuttgart, was on hand to welcome this 500,000th visitor that illustrates just how popular the museum is after its opening on January 31, 2009. Stejskal stated that achieving this figure before Christmas on its first year is really a wonderful gift for the season.
Well, what does being the 500,000th visitor get you? For this occasion, the jubilee visitors get a voucher for a free high-power test drive Porsche AG is providing the family Rosenberger with the latest Porsche, a four-door Panamera, for a whole weekend.
On Dec. 28, the last Monday of this year, the Museum will also be open for an exclusive visit. But typically, the Porsche Museum is open Tuesdays to Sundays from 9:00 to 18:00. The current Panamera Moment special exhibition continues until February 28, 2010.
