Preview: 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class by Carlsson

Carlsson presented its latest kit for the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class which will be officially unveiled at the Tuning World Bodensee in Friedrichshafen, between 30 April and 3 May 2009. As you can see from the photo, released by the tuning company, the new sedan received some serious modifications such as: a completely new front apron with vertically mounted daytime running LEDs and stainless steel grille, new front fenders with air inlets, side sills, a new rear air diffuser with integrated 4-pipe exhaust system and a discreet rear spoiler.
According to the manufacturer the whole aerodynamic package is made of polyurethane (PU-RIM). The vehicle also features the C-Tronic Suspension, and can be lowered with up to 42 millimeters. Inside we have brushed aluminium pedals, new floormats as well as a completely new interior wearing the Carlsson logo.
Under the hood, the tuning company also offers some improvements: the E250 CDI BlueEfficiency receives an extra 40 hp (available on the market from June), the E350 CDI BlueEfficiency gets an extra 46 hp (available on the market from July) while the E500 with the help of the CM50K compressor receives an extra 55 hp. The kit is completed by the 20 inch Revo Carlsson wheels.
