As you may know already, the 2011 Ford Explorer made quite a buzz when it made its debut last summer, but the new SUV promises to take the center stage at the 2010 SEMA Show, along with Taurus SHO, Edge and Fusion Sport, as well as the all-new Lincoln MKX. Ford will bring three customized versions of the Explorer, and one of these versions will be customized by Funkmaster Flex and Team Baurtwell. This new car will show off the urban appeal of the SUV, and its design will be highlighted by the three-piece forged billet wheels, wrapped in 24-inch Cooper tires.
Regarding its design, expect to see a new exterior, with custom touches from Team Baurtwell and Funkmaster Flex including custom logos, as well as a new interior featuring Katzkin two-tone leather seats with custom interior accents and Funkmaster Flex logos.
The interior will be highlighted by the Sony Xplod audio system. Another Explorer Concept will be designed by Galpin Auto Sports, and promises to transform the vehicle in an ultra-luxurious ride that even James Bond would enjoy. The car uses 24-inch wheels, custom silver paint on the exterior and modified exterior light treatments to convey that image. The third Explorer Concept is designed by CGS Performance Products and will show built-in video screens in the headrests, 22-inch silver wheels and a complete custom leather interior.
