As you may know already, the new Nissan Fuga a.k.a. Infiniti M made its debut at this year's Tokyo Motor Show and it appears that the Japanese manufacturer is already working on a replacement for the Skyline Coupe which will make its debut at the end of 2011 as a 2012 model.
According to Japan's Holiday Auto Magazine, the new coupe will carry almost the same design lines as the Infiniti Essence Concept, showcased back in March at the Geneva Motor Show.
The new car will be powered by the so-called hybrid 3D motor along with a 3.7-liter V6 engine capable to produce around 450 hp. Holidy Auto reports that this new engine will deliver a better fuel consumption comparable to a 3.0-liter power plant. Also, the new vehicle will be bigger than the current version. More details to be revealed!
