Production twin-turbo Camaro, a possibility says Bob Lutz

When asked by Inside Line whether a production twin-turbo Chevrolet Camaro is in the works, General Motors’ vice-chairman Bob Lutz responded with “Perhaps.” Although this is far from an admission, it makes fans everywhere relish the possibility. Aside from this, Lutz confirmed a production version of the Camaro Synergy Concept shown at SEMA as well as an all-black special-edition model.
The fact that Chevrolet is considering producing a twin-turbo Camaro shouldn’t come as a surprise since Chevrolet did roll out a twin-turbo V6 Camaro for Jay Leno at SEMA a few weeks ago. Jay said that the car produces about 425hp so what we’re waiting for could be a very impressive Z28.
