Range Rover models receive the exclusive Harman Kardon Logic7 HD audio system

2010 Range Rover Autobiography

Harman, a maker of audio and infotainment systems, has recently introduced the new Kardon Logic7 HD system that’s built exclusively for the Range Rover Autobiography. The Harman Kardon Logic7 HD system is offered as standard on the limited edition version of the SUV and is also an option across the entire Land Rover model range. Harman Kardon and Land Rover collaborated in making this new system. The partners celebrated their 16th year of cooperation last June with an event at the recording studios of music icon Mark Knopfler. This event also marks the first demonstration of the Kardon Logic7 HD system. In fact, Grammy winning Producer Steve Levine produced two tracks that were performed by Ivor Novello nominee

Patch William to be demonstrated in the Range Rover Autobiography. Logic7 features a 5.1 surround sound setup with a total output of 1200 watts, built with 15-channel sound and 19 speakers plus a 20mm subwoofer in the front door and a subwoofer in the rear quarter deck.

According to a company statement, the Harman Kardon Logic7 HD system offers a “unique listening experience” and has a 1200W D class amplifier that came about after using the most up-to-date digital technology. The system “authentically” reproduces the recordings with the same quality of the live performance. When this system is mated to Harman Kardon's proprietary Logic7 surround sound processing technology, this results to an “all encompassing, multi-layered experience releasing the subtle nuances of the original recording” regardless of where the listener is seated.
