Renault Scenic U.K. pricing annouced

The pricing details of the five-passenger Scenic have been released by Renault with claims that it has undercut all the competition. Beginning with the latest diminutive Scenic's £13,595 price tag, the higher spec versions come with £22,295. It is claimed by the carmaker that the entry level Scenic is priced £2,000 lesser than it closest competitor, which is currently the Ford C-Max.
Power source for the latest Grand Scenic consists of three new powerplants and transmissions ranging from the 1.4 TCe 130, 2.0 VVT 140 CVT and 2.0 dCi 160 FAP. When the models will be released in July of this year there will be eight existing powerplants with power outputs ranging from 85bhp to 158bhp.
