Spyker Cars NV's impatience on the outcome of its bid for Saab is showing. The Dutch carmaker's CEO Victor Muller said that if it doesn't reach an agreement with parent General Motors Co. in "days, not weeks," then Spyker may have to give up. At the Automotive News World Congress where Muller was interviewed, he stated that the time would come when he would say, "This is not for us." However, Muller wanted to clarify that negotiations are still ongoing. GM had chosen to wind down Saab last month after failing at finding a buyer for Saab last month. There had initially been an agreement for Swedish supercar maker Koenigsegg Group AB to purchase Saab but the deal fell apart in November. [via autonews]
