Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe Pebble Beach Special Edition

At this year’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in Carmel, California which marked its 60th anniversary, Rolls-Royce introduced a bespoke Phantom Drophead Coupe that was unveiled by CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös and Chief Designer Ian Cameron. Sold within minutes, the new car is painted in a one-off Bespoke exterior colour called Stillwater Blue as a tribute to Stillwater Cove on the Monterey Peninsula and features a navy blue soft top lined with cashmere and is upholstered in a Crème Light leather interior.
The interior also features a striking wood fittings composed of a cross-banded Santos Pallisander veneer contrasted with a silver pinstripe inlay. The new car also carries a fully fitted champagne service set with crystal flutes complements the teak covered picnic deck as well as a refrigerated cabinet beneath the luggage compartment floor.
Further Bespoke cues include an enamelled plaque on the dash, Concours logos on the tread plates and embroidery on each seat. “This 60th Anniversary Special Edition is the embodiment of our Bespoke capabilities in Goodwood,” explains Torsten Müller-Ötvös, “It demonstrates the ability of our designers and artisans to create something absolutely appropriate for an occasion and ultimately, something exceptional to cherish forever.”
