Saab sales boss Adrian Hallmark will become Jaguar’s global brand director

Saab's sales boss, Adrian Hallmark, announced that we will quit the Swedish automaker and become Jaguar's global brand director. Hallmark will take up the post starting December 1 and will have global responsibility for the Jaguar brand. For those who don’t know, Adrian Hallmark is a former executive vice president of Volkswagen of America, and he joined Saab in March, two months after Spyker bought the Swedish brand from General Motors.

Jaguar decided to hire Hallmark, after Jaguar Managing Director Mike O'Driscoll, 54, announced that will retire from day-to-day operations. Furthermore, Land Rover Managing Director Phil Popham will take the role of Jaguar Land Rover's director of global sales and service operations.

John Edwards will be in charge of Land Rover’s global brand director, as he will leave his current post, managing director for Land Rover in the UK and Central Europe. Mike Wright will take the newly created role as executive director of Jaguar Land Rover. All four executives will have to report to Jaguar Land Rover CEO Ralf Speth.
