Schumacher’s return stopped due to vision problem

While Felipe Massa has basically recovered from his crash several months ago, he is still unable to return to avoid the risk of a secondary head trauma. Massa reveals however that the reason Michael Schumacher, his supposed replacement, called off his comeback was because of a vision problem.
In an interview with a Brazilian newspaper, the O Estado de S.Paulo, Massa said that his vision was affected due to the crash but that it is now nearly back to perfect. Schumacher had visited him recently and Massa said that they talked about Schumacher‚ test at Mugello with the 2007 Ferrari. Schumacher reportedly said that ‚Äúhis neck was hurting him and that he lost a little bit the vision in the curbs because of the vibration."
