Lexus announced today its second appearance at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) which will take place in November, at Las Vegas. The second appearance will bring a new Lexus GS 460 by Five Axis but also ways to sample its IS-F high-performance sedan and F-Sport products. "The introduction of the IS-F last year was our first opportunity to stimulate major interest from the performance community.
We followed up with the F-Sport line of performance accessories for the IS 250/350 and judging by the market's overall response, there was clearly some pent-up demand." said Brian Bolain, Lexus national engagement marketing manager. After the introduction of its customized Lexus IS-F, Five Axis focused its attention on the Lexus GS 460, which will make its debut on November 4.
The Project IS-F will also return to SEMA but this time will be powered by a 5.75-liter engine which will develop more power and torque. Lexus will also bring 4 unique IS-F project cars designed by independent builders such as Fox Marketing/Artisan Performance, Import Tuner Magazine/TEIN Suspension, 0-60 Magazine and MotorworldHype. Also a special LX 570 designed by ICON 4x4 Design will be unveiled. For more news check out our SEMA Show section!
