Senner Tuning didn’t waste time and promptly got hold of a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. Its designers and technicians improved the lightweight super sport and gave it a remapped ECU, a high performance air filter kit and stainless steel exhaust system. The 6.2-liter V8, which typically delivers 571 PS (563 bhp / 420 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque, got a boost to 35 PS (35 bhp / 26 kW) and 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
The car was also fitted with custom-built Corniche Vegas wheels with a stainless steel outer rim. These are from Aerotechnik in 9x20 inch rims with 255/30R20 tires at the front while at the rear, there are 11x20 inch rims and 285/30R20 tires. In all four corners, we see that there are KW adjustable coilovers slightly past the wheels.
Benno Senner, who owns the tuning firm, said that the SLS can be subjected to more dramatic changes but then, the basic SLS form is already very well balanced and would likely do more damage than good. However, Senner would be very much willing to create a more extreme individual package for those who request it. The conversions are priced at 19,500 euros (including VAT).
