Smart ForTwo Edition Limited Three

The new special edition of the car, which will be released by Smart and called the Edition Limited Three, comes with special interior colors and what they call a ‘spring-like fresh interior design’ that is the main feature of the non-regular ForTwo.

The car is powered by the ‘microhybrid drive’ (mhs) system as standard. Not like the regular hybrid, the mhd is not partially electric, but a designation used by Smart to refer to its powerplant start-stop system which is said to lower emissions by up to 8 percent in the total cycle and up to 20 percent for city driving. The Edition Limited Three comes with 15-inch alloy wheels with 6 spokes and are clothes with 175/55 and 195/50 tires at the front and rear, correspondingly, for a more athletic appearance and enhanced goad grip. For the finishing touch aluminum-like ‘limited three’ logos are mounted on the mirror triangle. The interior design receives melon green metallic colors, an exclusive fabric in shades of brown and an instrument panel clothes in dark brown leatherette. The Edition Limited Three comes in coupe and cabrio vaersions and prices begin at 15,500 Euros ($19,800) and will be available for sale after the Geneva Motor Show next week. No planned sales for the US though at this time as the car was confirmed to be available only in Europe. Photo gallery after the jump!
