Smart launches customisation programme made foryou

The smart foryou customization program is meant for customers who want to make their smart fortwo unique. The program allows enthusiasts to personalize and enhance the appearance of their smart with unique graphics that can be applied to the body panels and Tridion safety cell. The cool and fun-loving character of smart is expressed in 33 exclusive designs that are available from launch. Some of these designs include “Flying Flag,” “Modern Flame,” “Double Sport Stripe,” “Graffiti,” “Rainbow” and “Butterflies.” Both private and fleet customers will benefit from smart foryou; business users have the opportunity to personalize their fleet vehicles with graphic designs advertising their company details.
Depending on feasibility, smart foryou can also accommodate owners who want to order totally bespoke graphics. Designs are available from GBP50, rising to GBP1,900 for a full “Carbon smart” body wrap and all graphics are guaranteed for five years. Customers can purchase individual elements, packages that include designs for front, side and rear body panels, and full body wraps. Customers can also try the designs before they buy via an online configurator at smartforyou.co.uk.
With the 3D facility, owners can see how the graphics would look when applied to a smart car the same color as their own. Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Cars UK Gary Savage said that many owners see their smart car as an extension of their personality and smart foryou enables them to show this to full effect.
