SsangYong adds more dealers across the United Kingdom

SsangYong Motor UK has made new appointments at Wolverhampton and Hereford. In addition, three dealerships -- which were former service agents -- have also taken up the new vehicle franchise to represent the brand in Leicestershire, Lutterworth, Kent and Strabane, Larkfield, Northern Ireland and County Tyrone. Paul Williams, the company's chief executive officer, commented that they have worked "really hard" through the past few mounts to discuss as many potential dealers as possible. He added that "this is really paying dividends."
Williams further stated that they have been "leaning on an open door and people are only too keen to meet." Among the reasons being cited are the SsangYong heritage for producing well-engineered, honest and reliable vehicles, the company's market leading 5 year limitless mileage warranty and the great press reception to the company's new Korando crossover. According to Williams, the company continues to seek for dealers to take on the franchise in various open points across England, Scotland and Wales. Among these points are Aberdeen, Inverness, Newcastle, Borders, Leeds, Teesside, Sheffield, Bradford, Greater Manchester, Nottingham, Coventry, Liverpool, Leicester, Watford, Exeter, Reading, Southampton, London/South East, Mid & North Wales.
Williams also said that this is a "great franchise opportunity" for a variety of businesses. Furthermore, the smaller multi-franchise holder, towing centre or niche dealer, specialist 4x4 or a current used car or service outlet looking to take on their first new car franchise will see "sound business benefits."
