Suzuki body and paint programme appoints new distribution partners

Suzuki's division in Britain recently announced that it delegated two new companies to spearhead the distribution of the products of the Suzuki Body & Paint Program. The two companies selected are ACIS and IRIS Coatings. The new appointments bring the number of partners to 120 (out of a planned total of 122). ACIS and IRIS and part of Suzuki's bigger plan to build more body and paint distributors to help the existing network of 150 dealers in the United Kingdom. ACIS and IRIS were picked for their logistics, which enables Suzuki products to be distributed at a national level.

James Richardson, Suzuki's National Aftersales Manager says the approved Body and Paint program is an integral part of its Aftersales business and IRIS Coatings and ACIS will help deliver reliable and high quality support to its network. In 2009, the Suzuki Body & Paint Program has been launched in the United Kingdom when Suzuki announced its goal to open at least 122 approved body shops.

The program's aim is to speed up both the quality and speed of repair work on Suzuki's models. Suzuki's director of aftersales says Suzuki acknowledged the importance of unveiling the body and paint program to ensure stricter quality control within the repair network. He adds that the scheme, in the future, allows a closer relationship between repairers, dealers, and motorists -- greatly benefiting all parties.
