Suzuki to showcase a more efficient SX4 range at Frankfurt

2009 Suzuki SX4

Suzuki wants you to expect an updated, more efficient SX4 range at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Even as the new Suzuki SX4 gets new engines with more power, it claims to have 10% lower CO2 emissions. The car has a more efficient 1.6-litre petrol engine that uses variable valve timing and a modified cylinder head to help to cut CO2 emissions. Emissions from the new 2.0 DDiS diesel engine are lowered by 18% over the current engine, dropping it from 174g/km to 143g/km. Styling changes include a new design of front bumper, front grille, front and rear skid plates, a new instrument cluster and information display and a new control panel for the climate control system.
