SpeedART BTR II - 2010 Porsche 911 TurboThe new Porsche 911 Turbo is known throughout the market as one of the fastest production cars in the market but SpeedART, the German tuner, didn’t think that it was enough. SpeedART chose to enhance the BTR II 580.

Because of the reprogrammed ECU and a new sport exhaust system that comes with a sound control switch, SpeedART was able to add 80 hp more and achieve 120 Nm of torque from the 3.8-liter turbocharged flat-six boosting output to 580 hp. These enabled the car to go from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time in 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h or 202 mph for the PDK double-clutch model. Continued after the jump!

9ff Speed9  - 2010 Porsche 911 Turbo CabrioAt the upcoming Essen Motor Show, one of the highlights is the 9ff Speed9 — German tuner 9ff’s second independent complete vehicle. The vehicle is based on the potent 997 Turbo and pays homage to the Porsche 356/ 1500S Speedster of 1955. 9ff made some modifications that give it more power and handling prowess. 2010 Porsche 911 Turbo sets a new record at Nurburgring

2010 Porsche 911 Turbo CabrioAs you may know already Porsche was, is and will be the ultimate sports car! Recently, the German manufacturer released the 2010 911 Turbo, a new version of the well-known vehicle fitted with a direct-injected 3.8-litre engine capable to deliver 500 hp. The new 911 Turbo went to the Nurburgring race racetrack and what do you think? It simply smashed the record of its predecessor by 10 seconds, completing the German circuit in 7m 39sec. Still, the record is far away from the 7m 27.56sec of the Nissan GT-R. Photos after the jump!

2010 Porsche 911 Turbo U.S. pricing announced

2010 Porsche 911 Turbo FaceliftPorsche has announced the pricing for its next generation sports car, the new 2010 911 Turbo. The coupe version is priced at $132,800 while the convertible is priced at $143,800. Powering the car is a 3.8 Liter engine that now delivers 500 hp.

Leading the innovations are a new expansion intake manifold called the Direct Fuel Injection (DFI) first seen on the GT2 and Porsche’s exclusive turbocharger system with variable turbine geometry (VTG). The Sport Chrono Package Turbo, combined with the new PDK seven-speed transmission, allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds. Also included in the Sport Chrono Package Turbo are Porsche’s innovative dynamic engine mounts. Top track speed is 194 mph for both the Coupe and the Cabriolet models.
