The facelifted Volvo C30 is set to be publicly unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show that opens several days from today. Consider these pictures a prelude. Modifications to the front and rear of the car were made, obviously taking hues from the S60 Concept and the recently revealed 2010 C70.
For front-end changes, the carmaker installed new panels for the wings and bonnet, and a larger Volvo logo in the restyled honeycomb grille, in line with all the other current models. Reflecting the design of the XC60’s is the air intake that was enlarged. The rear has also been revised. Buyers can choose the color of the rear bumper assembly, whether to go with the car’s body color or an alternative color. For a sharper ride, buyers can opt for a new Sports chassis. However, this is not available for those who have the 1.6D DRIVe stop-start model. Continued after the jump!
